At Partytopix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read our policy below for details on how to initiate a return or refund.

1. Return Policy

We accept returns for products that are in new, unused, and undamaged condition within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • The product must not be opened, used, or damaged.
  • The product must include all accessories, parts, and documentation, if applicable.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@partytopix.xyz to request a return authorization. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Note: Some products, such as personalized or custom items, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that the following conditions apply:

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are returning a product due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Restocking Fee: In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply if the returned product is not in resellable condition or is returned outside of the 30-day return window.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

We will arrange for a return and issue a full refund or send you a replacement product at no additional cost. Please provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number to help expedite the process.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Non-returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund. These include:

  • Personalized or custom-made products (unless defective or damaged)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products

6. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in the return authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is received.
